2/ Everyone advised Zuck against giving Palmer at least 2x what his product was worth.

Zuck shrugged & did it anyway.
Why?

There was no bidding war. He coulda bought it for 1/2 what he paid. Why did he flood Palmer w/ a billion dollars?
