Pay attention to trump’s willingness to pardon war criminals. He is attempting to persuade future violent acts which he wishes done in his name on US soil. He is saying it’s ok to kill as long as his side wins. He’ll take care of it.

Meaning- “Thank you, loyal soldiers who are willing to fire at your own countrymen. I hereby pardon you. Those dead people are the real criminals for voting against me.”
