Not all of the sealed cases involve Trump’s ostensible allies. Tony Podesta, for example, is indicted under seal. It’s still under seal, however.

The Mueller Report was months ago. Trump can’t pardon co-conspirators. But he will try. Federal Prosecutors want to avoid a crisis.
